Refund Policy

All our items are non-returnable. We do not accept any returns or exchange of orders once the items have left our premises either by way of delivery or self-pickup. We greatly prioritise your satisfaction and will thoroughly and wholly inspect our items before sending them out for delivery to you to ensure only the best quality is being sent out.


Cancellation & Amendment

No refunds, exchange, cancellations or amendments is applicable once order is confirmed and payment is processed and completed via online.

We will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following circumstances:


  1. The recipient is not present at the address given to the date of the delivery was requested to take place.
  2. The address given was incorrect or insufficient.
  3. No such person at the given address.
  4. No valid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to execute the order successfully.
  5. In the event of any non-delivery, no requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products.
  6. Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made.
  7. In rare cases of delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be held liable for any claims. 


Refund is only allowed in the special circumstance(s) as listed below:

  1. Incorrect Purchase:  Refund can be allowed in case of wrong selection of product while making the payment. In such cases, the user needs to contact thelittlebox.my@hotmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that the payment in such cases will only be adjusted against another product(s) fee and not settled in cash. 
  1. Duplicate Transactions / Transaction Error: If a user makes duplicate transactions for the same product due to human error/technical glitch, refund would be initiated after an in-house investigation. Duplicate transactions need to be reported at thelittlebox.my@hotmail.com within 24 hours of the last transaction.

The refund will be processed subject to deduction of Promotional Discounts/Cash backs, GST/other taxes, administrative charges etc., and the procedure for the same shall be initiated within 24 hours of request for refund being sent to thelittlebox.my@hotmail.com
